ENERGYTECH (PTY) LTD – TERMS & CONDITIONS & CUSTOMER STATEMENT

1. Quotation Validity and Amendments
This quotation may be subject to adjustment throughout the duration of the project. Customers will be informed prior to any changes. EnergyTech (PTY) LTD reserves the right to revise or withdraw any quotation, in part or in full.

2. Customer Information
Customers are required to complete all relevant company information included in the quotation. Incomplete or missing information may result in processing or fulfillment delays.

3. Supplier Role & Warranty Handling
EnergyTech (PTY) LTD operates as a supplier. Product warranties and related claims will be handled directly with the manufacturer, according to their terms and conditions. EnergyTech will assist in facilitating claims but does not accept liability for manufacturer-related delays or decisions.

4. Warranty Limitations
Warranties are void if the pump is used with chemicals not explicitly specified or agreed upon in the quotation or product documentation. Compatibility must be confirmed before use.

5. Deposit and Order Confirmation
Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and a signed quotation. Parts and materials will not be ordered before these conditions are met.

6. Payment Terms
The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Overdue payments will incur a 5% interest charge on the outstanding balance.

7. Product Collection or Delivery
Collection or delivery will be arranged according to the agreement specified in the quotation. Products will only be released once all agreed payments have cleared.

8. Required Documentation (POPIA Compliant)
Customers must submit the following documentation:

  • Proof of residence

  • Company registration documents

  • Copy of the registered owner’s ID

  • VAT number (if applicable)

All documentation will be securely stored and handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
